Cultivation
We put our energy into the crop: strawberries are what we know best, alongside Chinese vegetables and other produce we’re bringing on with the same respect for soil, season, and harvest. Every step is about flavour, freshness, and fruit that reflects where it’s grown.
Our berries ripen under cover in Nuwara Eliya’s cool air—protected from harsh sun and rain so each plant can focus on flavour. We tend the growing environment day by day for even colour, sweetness, and a harvest we’re proud to pack.
Picking happens at the right moment of ripeness—not too early, not too late. We handle fruit gently, grade with care, and pack so it reaches you firm, fragrant, and ready to enjoy.
